
It is a well known fact that many women today have less time for themselves than their mothers and grandmothers before them.
A growing number of women are taking vitamins and nutritional supplements as their number one health and wellness activity and just can’t find the time and often the money to make a gym membership worthwhile. It is so easy on this beautiful island to take just 15 minutes out of our day and enjoy a short walk on one of the many beaches.
The beaches at this time of year are a great place to just walk and think – to find oneself alone and to have a precious few moments of peace. A walk along Mandraki harbour or in the Old Town are both pleasurable and free – unless of course you stop in one of the coffee shops you will find along your way! There are a multitude of options out there that don’t cost money and are beneficial to both mind and body.
Go on take a walk – you’ll see things that you’ve never noticed before – and feel all the better for it.
